Flowless uses provider authorization rather than shared passwords. Connection tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form, connection states surface expired or missing permissions, and users can revoke or reconnect a provider from the app.

Supported consequential actions are approval-gated. Flowless presents the proposed handoff before a supported Outlook email, Teams message, OneDrive or SharePoint save, or Smartsheet row update is sent or changed, subject to the connected provider and scopes.

Individual and Pro checkout uses the installed hosted billing flow. Business and Enterprise remain unavailable until their rollout is ready. Account and workspace routes use the app's authenticated access controls.
