Flowless / Privacy
Privacy, stated plainly.
A narrow description of how authorized provider access and reviewable workspace actions work in the current Flowless rollout.
Data Flowless uses
Flowless uses the account information needed to provide the service, including your sign-in identity and plan status. When you connect a provider, Flowless can use the workspace data covered by the permissions and scopes you approve.
The rollout read paths currently cover Outlook, Microsoft calendar, and Smartsheet. Some connected Microsoft 365 capabilities are used for approval-gated actions rather than broad read access.
Connected providers
You choose which providers to connect and which permissions to grant. Flowless uses those authorized connections only for the product capability being requested.
Connection tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form. You can revoke a connection or reconnect it when permissions expire or a provider needs renewed authorization.
Actions and approvals
Consequential work is presented for explicit confirmation before Flowless sends a supported message, saves a file, or updates a Smartsheet row. Availability depends on the provider, granted scopes, and the capability enabled for your workspace.
Your controls
You can review connection status, see when permissions need attention, revoke access from the connections area, and contact Flowless with privacy questions at getflowless@polsia.app.
